The motorcycle was initially showcased at the Motoverse festival as a limited edition factory custom variant, and the version presented here is the one that will be available to customers upon commencement of deliveries.

Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 Features

The Shotgun 650 has the same engine and main frame as the Super Meteor 650, even though it looks different from the outside. This means the riders will have a 648cc engine that makes 47 horsepower and 52. 3Nm of torque However, the Shotgun has a different design that allows you to sit more upright. This is because it has a flatter handlebar and footpegs that are slightly more towards the middle of the bike.

The Shotgun now has a smaller 18-inch front wheel and a 17-inch rear wheel, which is different from the Super Meteor’s 19-inch front and 16-inch rear wheels. Even though the Shotgun will need to have some changes to its suspension, it will still keep the same upside-down fork and twin shock absorbers. The Shotgun has a higher seat, shorter wheelbase, and is a little lighter than the Super Meteor. However, it can hold almost 2 liters less fuel with a 13. 8-liter tank, so it ends up being heavier when it’s full of fuel.

The Shotgun 650 is just like the Super Meteor. It has a bright LED headlight, a Tripper navigation pod, and dual-channel ABS. Just like the Classic 350, people can choose the new Shotgun 650 with one seat or two seats.

Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 is expected to be priced in the range of Rs 3 Lakh to Rs 3.5 Lakh.
