This is the 2nd ever win of Afghanistan in World Cup History. This is the victory of their spinners against English batsmen.
Muzib ur Rahman and Rashid Khan has captured 3 wickets each, Mohammad Nabi 2 and Farooqi and Naveen has shared one wicket each to demolish Enland batting line up.
Batting first, Afghanistan has put a good score of 284 on the score board. Two batsmen of Afghanistan has scored fifty for their team. Gurbaz 80 (57 balls) and Ikram Aikhil 58 (66 balls). Now it was turn of their bowlers to defend this modest total of 284, which was looking achievable for England. But Afghan bowlers never let English batsmen score freely and taken wickets on regular intervals. For England only Harry Brook could score a fifty (66 off 61 balls).
